Creativity - A challenge 24 x 7 x 365

I Think Advertising industry should be rated as the most pressured industry, especially a creative services. Many of my friends and colleagues would agree to it. Clients never gets satisfied with one option and more the less always bring a new concept. Brain has thousands of ideas, But those ideas has to be designed, conceptualized and should be convince-able. Above all it has a time restrictions.

It's always a pressure to keep on proving better in creativity with a bound time delivery. It's a competition with an expectation to be the best. Never the less, remuneration paid against that is again a point of debate. Can anybody throw some light on it?
